WHO ARE “OTHER” VOLUNTEERS?
OTHER VOLUNTEERS ARE DEFINED AS ANYONE WHO MAY HAVE CONTACT WITH CHILDREN. In other words: Volunteers who may have occasional or no contact with children.
As an other volunteer, you will need to complete all the clearances that follow. Once the clearances are obtained, copies should be dropped off at the Parish Office with attention to Safe Environment or via email at: safe.env@saintlaurencedelco.org.
If you do not have contact with children at least once a week, you only need to obtain the 3 clearances as follows:

If you have lived in the State of Pennsylvania for 10 consecutive years or more, print and sign the 2nd page. Please forward a copy of this certificate to the Parish Office.
Volunteer Disclosure Statement
If you have not lived in PA for 10 consecutive years, you will need FBI fingerprints in addition to the below requirements

This background check can be obtained online with results available in a few minutes.
Once the results are available, please click on the CONTROL # and then the CERTIFICATION FORM. We need the actual certificate, not the pages that say record check. Please print & forward a copy of this certificate to the Parish Office in the Rectory. -
